Standard production is 5–7 days after you approve the mockup, then we ship nationwide across the United States.
What are custom embroidered patches?
Embroidered patches use thicker thread than woven patches, so the logo sits slightly above the twill. That 3D stitch is why embroidered patches still dominate team jackets, workwear, and merch. We digitize your artwork, match thread colors, and merrow, hot-cut, or laser-cut the edge. Up to 9 thread colors are standard. If the design has very small type, we will tell you on the proof and may recommend woven instead.
How long do embroidered patches take?
Turnaround is 4–5 hours for the mockup, then 5–7 day delivery after you approve it. Put a game, event, or uniform date on the quote if the deadline is tight.
Backing and border options
Embroidered patches support iron-on, Velcro hook, Velcro loop, hook-and-loop, sew-on, plastic, sticker, and safety pin. Merrow is the classic wrapped edge. Hot-cut and laser-cut work for shaped outlines. Sew-on is the most durable attach for daily workwear. Velcro is right when the patch must move between hats and uniforms.

Will embroidered patches survive washing?
Yes. Stitched thread on twill is built for apparel. Sew-on is the most durable backing; iron-on is fine on fabrics that can take heat.
Should I choose embroidered or woven?
Choose embroidered for a raised, classic look. Choose woven when the logo has thin lines or small text that must stay sharp.
