Embroidered vs woven patches
Embroidered patches use thicker thread on twill. They look raised and classic, and they hold up on jackets and bags. Woven patches use thinner thread, so small text and fine lines stay readable. Choose woven when the logo has thin strokes. Need photos? Use photo printed. Need waterproof gear? Use PVC.
How long do custom patches take?

Backing options
- Iron-on — heat-applied on apparel that can take an iron.
