GetUSAPatches is a custom patch manufacturer based at 315 Nanners Way, Corona, California. We make embroidered, woven, PVC, photo printed, chenille, leather, and name patches for US teams, brands, uniforms, and events. Minimum order is 5 pieces. Prices are in USD. We ship nationwide and internationally.
Who we are
GetUSAPatches exists so a club, department, or small brand can order a real production run without a 50- or 100-piece wall. You can start at 5 patches, see a proof, and receive the same stitch, weave, print, or PVC quality we use on larger reorders. We quote in US dollars, work in English, and answer by email, phone, and WhatsApp. If the artwork is a sketch, we still take the job through a digital proof before anything is produced.

How we make custom patches
- You send a logo, photo, or sketch with size, quantity, and backing.
- We return a digital proof. Production does not start until you approve it.
- We produce in 5–7 days after mockup approval (rush on request).
- We pack and ship. Transit time depends on your city.
That proof step is how we keep thread colors, PVC levels, and name spelling off the receiving dock as surprises.

Gradient logo that embroidery always murdered. Printed patches actually held the fade. A couple of the iron-ons lifted after a hot wash, so we switched the rest to sew-on. They warned us. I did not listen the first time.
