Custom-made products
Every patch we make is produced to order from artwork and specifications you provide. Because products are custom-made, they are made specifically for you and are not stock items.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the details you provide — including patch type, size, quantity, backing and artwork complexity. Pricing is in U.S. dollars. A quote may change if the details change. Any applicable taxes or shipping charges are shown or confirmed before you pay.
Mockups and approval
We send a free digital mockup for your review before production. Production begins only after you approve it. You are responsible for checking every detail of the mockup — including spelling, sizes, colors and backing — because the finished patch is made to match the approved mockup. Minor variations in thread, material and color between screen and finished product are normal.
Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, names and insignia you submit, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may decline any order that appears to infringe intellectual property or is unlawful. You grant us permission to reproduce your artwork solely to produce and deliver your order. You will remain responsible for claims arising from artwork you supply.
Payment
Payment terms are provided with your quote or invoice. Production may begin once payment and mockup approval are complete.
Production and delivery
Production and shipping typically take 8–12 business days after you approve your digital sample. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; timing depends on quantity, complexity and carrier delivery. Rush options may be available on request. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Changes and cancellations
You may request changes before production begins. Because each order is custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order.
Returns and problems with an order

Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or misuse our forms. We may restrict access if these terms are violated.
